Quarter Share Deposit

$200.00
sold out

A quarter of beef costs $6.50/lb hanging weight. This price includes the cost of cut and wrap. An average hanging quarter weighs 135-210lb. For a quarter share you will pay roughly $870-$1,380 for 80-140 lb of meat in your freezer. This equates to $10.48/lb for all types of cuts from roasts to burger to flank steak to stew meat to prime rib.

A quarter share usually takes up about 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space. It would fill a top freezer on a normal fridge/freezer.

We continue to navigate a transition in the butcher industry where small and mid-sized shops will rarely cut custom quarters.

UPDATE: For this harvest we are offering standard quarters

Brisket

Boneless Chuck Roasts

Bone in Rib Eye Steaks
